Help with rooms, games, and House Club Pro access.
Premium did not unlock
Open Premium in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Confirm that the device is using the same App Store account that made the purchase. If access still does not return, send us the Support ID from the app's Privacy & Support screen.
A room is not connecting
Confirm that every device has an internet connection, then create a new room code. Invitation links expire after 15 minutes. Never include a room code or private game answer in a public message.
Contact support
Include the app version, iOS version, a short description of what happened, and the Support ID if the problem involves a room or purchase. Do not send passwords, full payment details, or secret game content.
