Privacy Policy

The short version

House Club does not create user accounts and does not ask for your email address, password, phone number, or Sign in with Apple. We collect only the information needed to run multiplayer rooms, restore purchases, and diagnose problems. We do not sell personal data, run advertising, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Information we process

• A random identifier created for this installation, used as a room-host identifier, RevenueCat App User ID, and Support ID.
• Room information such as room codes, timestamps, and display names entered by participants.
• End-of-game recaps, including scores and generated titles. Secret roles and raw game answers are not included in recaps or diagnostics.
• Purchase product and entitlement status supplied by Apple and RevenueCat.
• App interaction, crash, and diagnostic information such as app version, iOS version, and the screen or operation that failed.

Saved groups are stored locally on the device.

Why we use it

We use this information only to provide app functionality, host and join rooms, grant and restore Premium access, prevent purchase errors, provide support, and improve reliability.

Service providers

Apple processes App Store purchases. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts and entitlement status on our behalf. Our hosting provider processes data needed to operate the House Club API. These providers may process technical information under their own contractual and legal obligations.

Retention

• A room that never starts is scheduled for deletion 30 minutes after creation.
• An invitation expires after 15 minutes.
• Participant data for completed rooms is scheduled for deletion after 30 days.
• Purchase entitlement records are retained as needed to restore access, process renewals or refunds, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
• Local data remains on the device until it is removed in the app or the app's local data is erased.

Your choices and requests

There is no House Club account to delete. You may use pass-and-play features without creating an identity profile. For access, correction, or deletion requests concerning server data, email us and include the Support ID shown under Privacy & Support in the app. Apple subscriptions can be managed from your device's subscription settings.

Security and changes

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we process. We may update this policy when the app or its providers change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
